Established under the proprietorship of Koichi Kimura, present President, with capital of \800,000, in Hyakunin-Cho, Shinjuku, Tokyo for the purpose of manufacture and sale of electric welders.

The Head Office was moved to Suzuki-Cho, Kodaira, Tokyo.It was necessary to create the Sheet Metal Processing and Mechanical Departments to accommodate business expansion and to raise the efficiency of productivity. Continuous operation of design and manufacture was also completed.

The adjacent factory was purchased and the production capacity was doubled.

The company was renamed Toyo Denyo Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the gCompanyh) for modernization and reorganization..

The Company purchased the adjacent factory and a second factory was established. Production capacity was doubled again..

A factory with office, 4,620 ‡u in total floor area, was constructed at the Mitsuhara Industrial Park in Ome-City, Tokyo. A one-floor (70m in length) integrated production system has increased our orders received.

1989

Registration of Head Office transferred to Ome-City, Tokyo.

1990

Capital increased to \34,160,000

1992

Acquired 32,473‡u of land in the Futaba Industrial Park in Futaba-Cho, Fukushima.

1993

A factory with office, 2,908‡u in total floor area, was constructed and completed the Construction Phase ‡T. The plant was named gFukushima Planth and started operation..

Waltex Inc. was founded with capital of $700,000 (100% investment by Toyo Denyo).
A land of 10 Acres (40,469‡uj acquired at Walton Industrial Park in Cincinnati, Kentucky, U.S.A.A
A factory with office, 2,310‡u in total floor area, was constructed and started the operation with 28 people (5 Toyo Denyo staff and 23 local staff).

1996

Due to increase of orders, Waltex Inc. extended the floor area to5,252‡uand increased staff to 40

2003

A land of 8 Acres (32,375‡uj acquired at Bowling Green Industrial Park in Bowling Green , Kentucky, U.S.A. and a Waltex second factory with office, 2,600‡u in total floor area, was constructed.
