Registration of Head Office transferred to Ome-City, Tokyo.

Acquired 32,473u of land in the Futaba Industrial Park in Futaba-Cho, Fukushima.

A factory with office, 2,908u in total floor area, was constructed and completed the Construction Phase T. The plant was named gFukushima Planth and started operation..

Waltex Inc. was founded with capital of $700,000 (100% investment by Toyo Denyo).
A land of 10 Acres (40,469uj acquired at Walton Industrial Park in Cincinnati, Kentucky, U.S.A.A
A factory with office, 2,310u in total floor area, was constructed and started the operation with 28 people (5 Toyo Denyo staff and 23 local staff).

1996

Due to increase of orders, Waltex Inc. extended the floor area to5,252uand increased staff to 40

A land of 8 Acres (32,375uj acquired at Bowling Green Industrial Park in Bowling Green , Kentucky, U.S.A. and a Waltex second factory with office, 2,600u in total floor area, was constructed.
