¥INTEGRATED ROBOT APPLICATION SYSTEM

Toyo Denyo has highly-developed know-how to build an integrated automated production line system for automobile industry, from planning, design, machining through robot offline teaching, using the state-of-the-art robots.

For welding and assembly line, resistance welding and arc welding are fully automated, and automatic operation has been adapted well to fields which once depended on manual operation until now such as setting, palletizing and handling.

We can cope with various robots such as FANUC, YASUKAWA, MATSUSHITA, NACHI-FUJIKOSHI, KAWASAKI, DAIHEN, ASEA, etc.

¥MACHINE DESIGN

We are able to receive orders of not only building integrated system stated above but also machine design or control design separately.

With regard to design, Toyo Denyo has actively introduced CAD systems and has advanced the standardization of designing. We are making every effort to raise the productivity and quality, especially by making full use of most advanced systems like 3D CAD and 3D Production Simulation CAD (ROBCAD).
¥CONTROL DESIGN

We also receive orders of control design separately.
As for Sequence Design, we can cope with various sequencers such as:
OMRON, MITSUBISHI, SHARP, HITACHI, TOYOPUC, AB,GE,etc.

¥MACHINING and SHEET METAL WORKING

We receive orders of machining and sheet metal working separately, too.
Toyo Denyofs plants are equipped with various advanced machine tools and measuring instruments such as:
Double housing type Machining Center (Okuma) that can process 5 faces simultaneously, Machining Center, NC Milling Machine, Wire Cut, NC Lathe, 3D Measuring Machine (Vectoron-Kosaka Lab.) , etc.

¥SPECIAL WELDERSiWelding Jigsj

All our systems for multi-spot welders and jigs have been designed and manufactured inconformity with the production lines of our usersD

¥LABOR-SAVING EQUIPMENT

In order to promote FMS-oriented or FA-oriented technologyCthe needs of the users must be understood exactly to obtain more effective systems.
Toyo Denyo has developed and anufactured a number of labor-saving systems based on the technology accumulated over the yearsD
